Our room itself was exceptionally clean and cosy with interesting decoration. The staff were very very helpful and professional and the location was incredible close to the sea;)))

Hildegard hotel is situated in the center of Alanya, from there you can easily go wherever you want. It's close to all shops, cafes, disco and to the Cleopatra beach also. Staff is very friendly, there aren't some rules as be in your room after any time at night. So it's a good choice for young companies who wanna learn night life in Alanya) Rooms are clean and cosy. Surprising, that they are big, because i guessed another when went there for the first time. In the room there are TV set, climate control, fridge, bathroom and all rooms have a balcony. Also there is swimming pool, so you can spend your time there also. For kids they have "kids' corner" near reception and also there is a big play ground near the hotel with many different entertainments, so your children will find something to do there. And also stuff behaves very good for kids and you won't have some problems with it. Hotel has Wi-Fi which is working in lobby and also in rooms on the 2nd floor.

Well, Hildegard Hotel is a cheap variant of staying in Alanya. So, when you go there you have to know, that they don't provide any meal, just light breakfasts sometimes. For me it wasn't a problem, because there are many cafes and restaurants in Alanya where you can come easily. But i think travellers have know it when they book this hotel.

Had spotlessly clean double room with interesting decoration and wake-up service was available in it. Location: the hotel was close enough to Cleopatra beach, buses to the Harbour and market. Spent a nice evening at Shanaz, located around 4-6 minutes' walk from the venue.

This hotel is super close to the harbor and a great shopping area that feels more local than touristy. the daily service was excellent, and I loved the stunning mountain views. Plus, the staff were really friendly! 😊.

Very clean and quiet rooms. Friendly hostess. I would absolutley recommend this hotel for all kind of travellers.

Newly refurbrished, absolutely clean, nicely decorated and pleasant to stay. In a quiet area but close to main street and the sea. I loved the atmosphere in this hotel and i would definitely come back again.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms are beautifully decorated and in good condition, with interesting themes that add a unique touch. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, making you feel like you're in a relative's cozy house. The location is perfect, close to the beach, the Harbour area on the other side of the Castle, and Kleopatra beach. Plus, the breakfast is simple but filling, just what you need to start your day.

No complaints, everything was just perfect!

I love hildegard. hopefully next year I will be there again. The hotel is so young, colorful and new. For this price, such new and clean rooms are almost impossible in alanya, I really mean it. It is only 5 mins walking distance to the beach. Alanya night life and clubs are 15 mins walking away. and there are many restaurants and shops right near the hotel. tourists are coming to hildegard from all over the world. the staff is so helpful. there is a nice pool at the hotel. I think hildegard is a great choice to enjoy Alanya. :)

When booking the 2 rooms on Booked.net and got to pick the rooms was asked smoking room or none smoking room I picked 2 smoking rooms and when arrived was told no smoking in the rooms couldnt bring food or soft drinks back to the room as they fine you 25 lira I think or higher not sure and also you have to open the big gate and ring the bell to get in after midnight apart from that everything else was pretty much fine 2 things that could be changed very easy the smoking room were maybe a mistake down to the site not sure aprt for that this hotel is a great place to stay for the price.

Was very close to the beach and on a quiet street

The hotel is excellently located just a few minutes walk from Kleopatra Beach. It's in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous hotels, restaurants, and small markets. You won't have to go far to find everything you need. The rooms are well-maintained with all the amenities you could ask for, like air conditioning and a fully stocked mini-bar. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring you have a comfortable stay.

I liked that the hotel was close to the facilities I needed it to be close too. It was nice and clean in my room, and they respected my wishes. I also enjoyed the fact that there was A/C included:)
